Why we don’t give prices without talking to you first

At Val-Morin Signature, we often get asked:
“How much does it cost to build or renovate an inground pool?”
And our answer is always the same:
It depends on many factors.
Not because we’re avoiding the question, but because we want to give you a fair and realistic answer. Giving a price without first speaking to you would be inaccurate — and frankly, irresponsible.
Many factors can impact the final cost
Here are just a few examples of elements that directly affect pricing:

Access to your backyard: Limited access may require special machinery or additional labor.

Terrain configuration: Sloped, rocky, or hard-to-reach terrain often needs more preparation.

Selected equipment: Pumps, filters, heaters, lighting, automation — each choice comes with its own cost.

Type of pool and materials: Concrete, steel, resin or insulated formwork ? Different structures come at different prices.
